Torben Kaaber

Torben Kaaber has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on finance and technology. Torben currently holds the position of Head of Commercial at Concordium, starting in October 2021. Before that, they worked at 2021.AI as an AI Advisor from November 2020 to October 2021. Torben also has experience as the Chief Commercial Officer at Gefion Insurance from July 2014 to September 2020. Additionally, they were a Partner at Kraken Kapital from July 2014 to July 2020 and served as a Non-Executive Director at XSeed Capital from 2014 to 2016. Torben has held various executive roles at Saxo Markets and Saxo Bank, including CEO for Saxo Capital Markets and Chief Commercial Officer for Saxo Bank globally. Torben has also worked at Elektra Energihandel and Samson in senior trading positions.

Torben Kaaber attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education from 2008 to 2013, where they completed a Summer School programme in General Management. Prior to that, they studied at Copenhagen Business School from 1987 to 1989 and obtained a degree in HD. Furthermore, they attended Greve Amtsgymnasium from 1977 to 1979.
