MacKenzie Hagan

Mackenzie Hagan is the General Manager at Concrete Hospitality Group's Simona and The Ivy Room at The Royalton Park Ave Hotel. Prior to this, Mackenzie served as the Rooftop General Manager at Royalton Park Ave Hotel and as an Associate Hospitality Leader at RH. Mackenzie has a background in serving and teaching aerial arts to children, along with experience as a Managing Director at 87 Dance Productions. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance Performance/Composition from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and WSET Level 2 and 3 certifications from Napa Valley Wine Academy.
