Hayley Hughes

Hayley Hughes serves as Vice President of Global Entertainment Business Affairs and Vice President of Unscripted Global Business Affairs at Condé Nast since May 2021. In addition, Hayley is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, teaching Entertainment Negotiations - Television and developing course materials for the seminar. Prior experience includes roles as Business & Legal Affairs Executive - Senior Counsel at Endeavor and Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Lionsgate. Hayley has also held legal positions at MCKUIN FRANKEL WHITEHEAD LLP, Paradigm Talent Agency, and the Law Offices of Jonathan Kirsch. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in English with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
