Claudia Higgins

Claudia Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Claudia is currently working at Conductor as a Principal Customer Success Manager, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Solutions Consultant from January 2022 to June 2023, and as an SEO Insights Strategist from September 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Conductor, Claudia worked at Argos, where they held various roles. From March 2016 to September 2020, they were the Natural Search Insight & Technology Manager. Claudia also worked as an Assistant Natural Search Manager from July 2015 to February 2016, and as a Natural Search Executive from July 2014 to June 2015.

Claudia Higgins obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education (Specialising in English) from the University of Northampton between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Latin School.
