Alex Glassey

Alex Glassey is the President of Alberni Valley Restorative Justice Society and the Managing Director of The Circular Leader. Alex is also the Chief Innovation Officer at Conductor Software and the Founder/CEO of StratPad - Business planning and strategy software. In addition, Alex worked as a Business Instructor at the University of Victoria, a Senior Leadership Coach at AlexGlassey.com, and an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Royal Roads University. With a background in business administration and management, Alex has a wealth of experience in strategic planning and leadership.
