Jarrod Sims

Jarrod Sims is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and operational management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at BroadPath since July 2021, Jarrod manages a portfolio of eight strategic accounts for two major healthcare payers, generating over $40 million in annual revenue. Prior to this role, Jarrod held the position of Director of Call Center Operations at Humana from February 2019 to July 2021, overseeing a large contact center operation with 700 employees and multiple global locations. Earlier in the career, Jarrod was the Service Delivery Manager at Conduent, where leadership of more than 900 call center agents contributed to a client-focused environment and management of a $27.5 million annual recurring revenue. Jarrod's educational background includes a degree from the University of Kentucky.
