Tom Nealon

Tom Nealon is the Director of Capital & Finance at Condyne Capital Partners, LLC, where Tom manages the company's debt portfolio, works with joint-venture equity investors, and identifies investment real estate opportunities. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions in investor relations, asset management, and trade specialist roles at companies such as Plymouth Industrial REIT, Chestnut Hill Realty, and Charter Capital Management. Tom also has experience in investor relations at Sycamore Networks and Beacon Power Services, as well as international trade specialist roles at State Street. Tom holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Frostburg State University.
