Mario Ayala

Mario Ayala is a seasoned professional in Maximo training and implementation, currently serving as Senior Maximo Trainer at Evergy since August 2023. Previous roles include Senior Trainer at Ameren, where Mario contributed from February 2022 to September 2023, and Sr Principal Consultant Engineer at Aspen Technology from August 2019 to March 2022. Mario's expertise extends to maintenance scheduling and functional training demonstrated through significant positions at TPC Group and multiple consulting roles, including work with GenesisSolutions and BPD Zenith. Mario has substantial experience in project management, specifically in the Strategic Asset Management project for the Department of Veterans Affairs with ERPi, and has developed training strategies for over 200 users. A graduate of ITT Technical Institute with an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Mario has effectively led training initiatives and managed stakeholder engagement in various implementations throughout the career.
