Jeremy Ciarabellini

Jeremy Ciarabellini is a seasoned legal and regulatory policy consultant with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently employed at Puget Sound Energy since February 2019, Jeremy holds multiple roles related to transmission policy and compliance, overseeing the administration of the Open Access Transmission Tariff and drafting essential interconnection agreements. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Snohomish County, where Jeremy handled misdemeanor prosecution, and judicial clerkships at the Washington State Supreme Court, including drafting opinions and legal memoranda. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master of Laws in Innovation & Technology Law and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, Jeremy has also contributed to community service initiatives and legal education.
