Rubí Morales

Rubí Morales has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rubí started their career as an HR Intern at MHasfield Consultora in 2014. Rubí then founded their own project, Proyecto Tú, where they worked as a founder and project manager from 2014 to 2016. Rubí later joined Apolo Service as a Project Manager, responsible for guiding projects at all levels of the startup, including managing commercial, creative, and operational projects, content creation, and forming strategic partnerships. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of People Ops Coordinator at Conekta, where they were responsible for coordinating people-related functions. Rubí then became the People & Organization Lead, overseeing HR and organizational development. Rubí went on to take on the role of Culture & Internal Comms Lead, focusing on fostering a positive work culture and managing internal communications. Rubí was then promoted to the position of Culture, Internal Comms & D&I Manager, where they further developed the company's culture, internal communication channels, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, Rubí is working as a Talent Experiences Manager at Conekta. In addition to their corporate roles, they also had a brief stint as a Mind Igniter at What's The Future MX, where they had fun and asked thought-provoking questions.

Rubí Morales has a master's degree in Strategic Design and Innovation from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Rubí Morales has obtained three certifications. In 2019, they received a certification in Employer Branding from Universum. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training and Change Management from Prosci.
