Student Engagement Programmer, Co Curricular Record Engagement at Conestoga College

Carolyn K. has several years of work experience in various roles. Carolyn began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Smart Set in 2012, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at the AIDS Committee of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo & Area, first as a Youth Sexual Health Worker and then as a Youth Sexual Health Coordinator. Since 2018, they have been employed at Conestoga College as a Student Engagement Programmer, focusing on co-curricular record and engagement.

Carolyn K. attended Queen's University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in History. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) at Queen's University from 2010 to 2011, focusing on French and History studies. In December 2011, they obtained an Additional Basic Qualification in Junior (Grades 4-6) and completed a Special Education, Part 1 certification. In April 2012, Carolyn obtained a certification in Teaching Students with Communication Needs: Autism from Queen's University. Additionally, they hold an OCT Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers, obtained in July 2011.
