Augusto Schmidt

Augusto Schmidt has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Augusto began their career as a Desenvolvedor de Sistemas WEB at Wireturbo Tecnologia em Informática e Comunicação ltda in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Blueshift as an Analista de Sistemas. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Bolsista at CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. Augusto then joined POSSIBLE as a Desenvolvedor de software from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Augusto Schmidt moved to Lionbridge as a Data Scientist, and in 2019, they were promoted to Lead Data Scientist at Indeorum. Most recently, they joined Conexa Saúde in 2021 as a Data Engineer.

Augusto Schmidt obtained their Técnico em Sistemas de Informação from Colégio Sinodal Alfredo Simon in 2005-2007. Augusto then went on to obtain their Tecnólogia em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Universidade Católica de Pelotas in 2007-2011. Augusto then pursued their Mestrado in Sistemas Inteligentes from Universidade Federal de Pelotas in 2014-2017. Currently, they are pursuing their Doutorado in Computação from Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from DataCamp and EF Education First.
