Débora Brumer

Débora Brumer has worked for several companies since 2007. Débora started as an Estagiária - Testes at Powerlogic in 2007, then moved to CPM Braxis as an Analista de testes in 2008. That same year, they began working at Base2 Tecnologia as a Gerente de Testes and Analista de testes. In 2012, they joined Cast Informática S.A. as a Coordenadora de Projetos, Sustentação e Qualidade de Software. Débora then moved to TOTVS in 2019, taking on the role of Coordenadora de desenvolvimento. In 2021, they began working at Psicologia Viva (Psyalive) as Head de Produto, and in 2022 they joined Conexa as Head Produto and Group Product Manager.

Débora Brumer is currently enrolled in a post-graduate program at IGTI, where they are studying Gestão Ágil de Produto. Débora previously completed an MBA in Gestão de Projetos de TI from IETEC - Instituto de Educação Tecnológica and a Bacharel in Sistemas de Informação from PUC Minas. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Como Desenvolver um Programa de Diversidade, Inclusão e Senso de Pertencimento" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Comunicação na Liderança 4.0: O Poder da Síntese" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Gestão de Equipes Virtuais" from LinkedIn in May 2020, and CTFL from BSTQB.
