Melissa Marchini

Melissa Marchini has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa currently holds the position of Director of Compliance and Student Services at Conference USA since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Academic and Membership Affairs Intern at NCAA from June 2018 to April 2019. Melissa also served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institutes from January 2016 to May 2018. Melissa gained experience in guest services at both Arizona State University from November 2016 to January 2017, and at Miami Dolphins & Sun Life Stadium from September 2015 to January 2016. Melissa also has a background in education, having worked as a Network Athletic Director and Administrative Assistant at The Noble Network of Charter Schools from July 2010 to July 2015. Additionally, they were a Girls Basketball Coach at Noble Street Charter High School from November 2010 to February 2014.

Melissa Marchini has a Master's degree in Education-Sports Administration, which they obtained from the University of Miami in 2016. Prior to that, they attended DePauw University from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. Their field of study during their undergraduate years was Athletic Training/Trainer.
