Executive Assistant to CEO at Confiant

Eléonore Mangin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Eléonore currently serves as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Confiant Inc since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at the United Nations from October 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining the United Nations, Eléonore worked in various roles as a Sustainability Consultant for organizations such as PEACELIGHTS and HODAI from January 2004 to October 2019.

From September 2015 to July 2018, they worked as a Consultant at the United Nations, where they supported the organization of bi-annual sessions of the Committee on NGOs. Eléonore'sresponsibilities included preparing agendas, background documents, taking notes, writing summaries, editing reports from NGOs, reviewing their applications for consultative status, and maintaining communication with NGOs. Eléonore also organized consultations between Member States and over 200 NGOs, managing logistics and writing the final report.

Eléonore has also worked as a Holistic Health Counselor from January 2010 to September 2012, where they designed curriculums, taught workshops on nutrition and well-being, and provided continuous sessions with clients to improve their health through adopting healthier eating habits and lifestyle choices.

Eléonore was a Program Officer at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs for a brief period from March 2009 to October 2009, where they participated in organizing Ministerial meetings, provided inputs to UN reports on health and socio-economic issues, and drafted speeches and background documents.

Eléonore's previous experience includes working as a Sustainability Consultant for Environment Resources Mgt from January 2007 to March 2009, where they conducted impact assessments for major corporations in Central and Latin America and supported investment funds in implementing environmental and social management systems.

Eléonore also worked as a Program Officer at the International Labor Organization in 2006, attending meetings at the UN, preparing reports and summaries for headquarters, and preparing working documents, speeches, and talking points for the Head of Office.

Eléonore started their career as a Junior Advisor in Sustainable Development at the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations from September 2003 to June 2004. In this role, they were involved in preparing and negotiating General Assembly resolutions, preparing working documents for the French Ministry, and organizing visits of French Ministers during the Commission on Sustainable Development.

Eléonore Mangin obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Sciences Po from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in administration publique. Additionally, Eléonore has obtained a certification in L&D Pro from LifeLabs Learning in May 2023.
