Shane Flatman

Shane Flatman has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Shane is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Confluence since January 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Broadridge from 2019 to 2021, including Regulatory Document Solutions Manager, B.Pride - Global Co-Chair, and Business Development Pre-Sales Consultant. Before that, Shane worked at FundAssist from 2013 to 2019, where they held positions such as Regulatory Reporting Manager, Regulatory Reporting Team Lead, and Client Reporting Assistant Team Lead. Shane also worked at FundAssist as an Implementation Co-ordinator from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Shane worked as a Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon from 2010 to 2012.

Shane Flatman earned a Degree in Financial Services from the National College of Ireland, where they studied derivatives, corporate finance, funds, economics, banking, law, marketing, and portfolio management. Shane later obtained a Diploma in Event Management & Public Relations from King's College London. Most recently, Shane obtained a Certificate in Implementing Winning Strategies from Columbia Business School.
