Romano Ninassi

Romano Ninassi is an accomplished leader in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Partners & Alliances for the Americas at Confluent since May 2018. Prior to this role, Romano held various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Regional Channel Sales Leader for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, and at MicroTech as VP Alliances focused on Cisco and EMC. Romano also served as Sr. Director of Channel Sales for North America at VCE and spent over thirteen years at Cisco Systems in multiple capacities, including Sr. Global Sales Business Development Manager for EMC OEM. Romano holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
