Karen Gerwin

Karen Gerwin has a strong background in literary agent roles, starting with their position at ICM Partners from 1997 to 2001. Karen then worked at the William Morris Agency as a literary agent from 2001 to 2004, followed by their role as a literary agent at The Creative Culture from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a literary agent at DeFiore and Company.

In 2013, Karen became the Managing Editor at F***ed in Park Slope, where they worked until 2014. Karen then transitioned to TueNight.com as a Social Media Editor from 2015 to 2017. Afterwards, they worked at TueNight as a Newsletter Editor/Producer from 2017 to 2020.

Most recently, Karen has been working at Congregation Beth Elohim, where they began as the Communications and Marketing Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engagement.

Karen Gerwin attended Wellesley College from 1987 to 1989. However, their degree and field of study during this period are unknown. Karen then went on to study at The George Washington University from 1989 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History.
