Karen Gerwin has a strong background in literary agent roles, starting with their position at ICM Partners from 1997 to 2001. Karen then worked at the William Morris Agency as a literary agent from 2001 to 2004, followed by their role as a literary agent at The Creative Culture from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a literary agent at DeFiore and Company.
