Katherine Babin

Katherine Babin currently serves as the Chief Administrator at Congregation Beth Torah since April 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Director of Women's Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas from October 2022 to April 2023, and was the Director of Membership and Programming at Congregation Shearith Israel from May 2016 to October 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Program Manager at Louisiana CASA, Kindergarten Teacher at Congregation B'nai Israel, and Impact Manager at City Year. Katherine also taught as an Aleph class teacher at Temple Sinai and worked as Camper Coordinator and Activities Director at Appel Farm Arts & Music Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Jewish Professional Studies from Spertus Institute, a Master of Education in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ithaca College.
