Christopher Mann is a Budget Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office with experience in defense, international affairs, and veterans' affairs cost estimates. Prior to their current role, Christopher worked as a Defense Budget and Data Analyst at the Congressional Research Service and as a Defense Budget Specialist at the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services. Mann also served as a Research Associate at the National Defense University, specializing in national security policy research. Christopher holds a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
