Colin Baker

Colin Baker is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, bringing extensive experience as an Economist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as a Health Scientist Administrator at the National Institute on Aging. With a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Health Economics from Harvard University, Colin also holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oberlin College.
