Edward Keating

Edward Keating is currently the Deputy Director of National Security Analysis at the Congressional Budget Office, providing objective analysis to Congressional decision-makers. Prior to this role, Edward served as a Professor at Pardee RAND Graduate School and a Senior Economist at RAND Corporation, leading projects to help the US government make cost-effective decisions. Keating also taught economics and finance at Loyola Marymount University and holds a PhD in Economic Analysis and Policy from Stanford University.
