Lourdes Tubio

Lourdes Tubio is an experienced Process Improvement Specialist at KiWi, a fintech for micro-merchants, with a focus on enhancing client interactions and automating processes since March 2017. As a co-founder of Estilo Belur from February 2010 to July 2014, Lourdes played a pivotal role in establishing a women's fashion brand, managing retail operations, and implementing customer loyalty initiatives. Previous roles include working as a Real Estate Broker at Salaya Romera, where property valuation and customer assistance were key responsibilities, and as a Semi Senior Analyst at Correo Oficial de la Republica Argentina SA, optimizing logistics processes. Lourdes has also contributed as a consultant in both the steel and pharmaceutical industries, leveraging expertise in process analysis and change management. Lourdes holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and completed an exchange semester at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
