Shane Gunderson

Shane Gunderson, Ph.D., is an experienced educator and subject matter expert in the field of communication, currently serving as a General Education Instructor at West Coast University since October 2019. With a strong background in teaching, Shane has contributed to several academic institutions, including Florida International University and Miami Dade College, where courses in communication, public administration, and related fields have been delivered. Additionally, Shane has authored a web textbook titled "Dimensions of Public Speaking" while working as a Subject Matter Expert for Connect For Education. With a Doctorate in Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University, Shane has consistently engaged in teaching roles across various educational settings, including Broward College and DeVry University, and has held a leadership position at the Broward Public Defender's Office.
