Sarah Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sarah is currently the Director of Operations at Connect Hearing Canada since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sysco Canada Inc. from 2019 to 2022, first as the Manager of Sales Modernization, overseeing continuous improvement programs and providing project support for sales initiatives. Sarah also held the position of Manager of Standard Operating Excellence from 2019 to 2020. Before Sysco Canada, Sarah worked at Sysco from 2008 to 2019, where they served as a Procurement Manager from 2017 to 2019 and as a Revenue Manager Business Partner from 2016 to 2017. Their earlier roles at Sysco include Compliance Manager from 2011 to 2015 and Account Executive from 2008 to 2011. Sarah has experience in business process improvement, project support, procurement, revenue management, compliance, and account management.

Sarah Wilson attended Capilano University from 2001 to 2009, where they earned a BBA degree in Business. In 2019, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Sensei. Additionally, they completed a course on Project Management from Smartsheet University in 2021. Sarah also pursued a PMP certification in Project Management from Villanova University's online program. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021. Sarah also has certifications in Lean-Agile Greenbelt Champion and various LinkedIn courses on leadership, coaching, resilience, and Excel macros.
