Rachael Burger

Rachael brings a depth of experience in both tech and in real estate. A graduate of Harvard College with experience in management consulting, Rachael was the first full-time employee and Director of Community at social networking startup PlanetAll (acquired by Amazon in 1998), where she oversaw the groups functionality and email for over a million users. After some years in product and strategic roles in tech, Rachael worked as a residential real estate agent and developer, emerging as a top sales agent and completing a number of condo conversion projects before moving into a tech and education role at a local real estate brokerage. Rachael began her career at Connect Now working on the partner API and has since led multiple iterations of the product, including the development of the CNipIT and the company’s new data enhancement functionality. She is a joyful coder, a strategic thinker, and fiercely devoted to her team.
