Sean Conrad has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Sean began their career at Fastlane Technologies as a Quality Analyst, where they built networks and environments for testing enterprise software and built test platforms and data sets for performance and scalability testing. In 1999, they moved to Quest Software, where they continued as a Quality Analyst, performing performance and scalability testing and building test networks and data sets for domain import and management software. In 2005, they joined Halogen Software as an Enterprise Customer Account Manager and later as Sales Enablement Lead, where they created positioning and demonstration scripts and trained the sales team in their use and worked with product management, sales, and marketing to translate market requirements and positioning into world class demonstrations. Sean also trained, certified, and coached the sales team to effectively demonstrate Talent Management solutions. In 2017, they joined ConnectAndSell, Inc as a Solution Optimization Architect and Customer Success Manager.

Sean Conrad obtained a BSc in Business Operations from the DeVry Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1991. Sean also holds a certification as a Human Capital Strategist from HCI.org.
