Betty Shepherd

Betty Shepherd has a diverse work experience that spans across several industries. Betty began their career as an Administrative Assignments professional at Office Team in September 2000 before moving on to become an Administrative Assistant at United Airlines in April 2001. Betty then worked as a Diversity Coordinator at Caremark RX from November 2001 to March 2002. Following this, they joined Discover Financial Services and held roles such as Administrative Assistant (October 2002-April 2006) and Data Encryption Specialist (April 2006-September 2008). Betty later joined Computershare for LaSalle Network as a Customer Service Professional from December 2010 to February 2011 and then worked as a District Community Program Manager at Connected Living starting from February 2011. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at SMS Assist, L.L.C., a position they have held since April 2014.

Betty Shepherd completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Network Systems at Robert Morris University - Illinois from 2002 to 2003. Betty then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Health Informatics at Capella University from 2009 to 2011.
