Sarah Hayes

Sarah Hayes is an experienced professional in data, digitalization, and infrastructure regulation, currently serving as the Chair of the Data Sharing Working Group at Digital Twin Hub since July 2022 and as a Climate Resilience Demonstrator Strategic Advisor at Connected Places Catapult since April 2022. As an Independent Consultant since January 2020, Sarah provides expertise in regulatory frameworks. Additionally, Sarah chairs the Data and Digitalisation Expert Panel for Innovate UK until March 2024 and has led significant projects within the National Digital Twin programme. Previous roles include Director of Regulation at the National Infrastructure Commission and Chief Economist at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in the British Virgin Islands. Sarah earned an MA Hons in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Economic Regulation and Competition Policy from City, University of London.
