Başak Kelleci

Başak Kelleci has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being People Lead at Connecterra since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Zivver from June 2021 to December 2022. Başak also served as a Global HR Business Partner at Irdeto in 2020.

Before that, Başak worked at BloomReach Global from April 2016 to January 2020 in various roles including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Başak was responsible for managing HR functions for global managers and employees across different teams and regions. Başak also led change management during the company acquisition, developed and implemented global employee programs, and conducted employee engagement projects.

Earlier in their career, Başak gained experience through internships at companies such as Philips, İpek Kağıt, PlusOneMinusOne Software and Consulting, Amerikan Hastanesi, and Haberturk. Başak also worked as an Assistant Consultant and Assistant Librarian at Koç University from 2007 to 2009.

Başak Kelleci's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, change management, and recruitment. Başak has a strong understanding of labor law, contract administration, and HRIS system management.

Başak Kelleci pursued their education in a chronological manner. Başak first attended Vefa Lisesi from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Turkish and Mathematics. From 2007 to 2013, they studied at Koç University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and another Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. During their time at Koç University, they obtained a Gender Studies Certificate in June 2013. In 2011-2012, they briefly attended Tilburg University to continue their study of Psychology at the Bachelor's level. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they pursued a Research Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Social and Work & Organizational Psychology.

Başak Kelleci also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2019, they completed the "Coaching in Corporate Context" program at Coaching School Amsterdam. Furthermore, they obtained the "Associate Certified Coach (ACC)" accreditation from the International Coaching Federation in January 2023.
