Adele Balboni

Adele Balboni is currently the Director of Total Rewards and Wellness at ConnectiCare, an EmblemHealth company. Adele has a background in HR, with experience as a Benefits and Compensation Manager, HR Benefits and Compensation Consultant, and Human Resources Benefits Consultant. Prior to their current role, Adele worked as an Executive Assistant and Sales Assistant at TLD. Adele has pursued higher education at Albertus Magnus College and previously studied at Del Mar College and the University of Houston.
