Dick Rogers has extensive work experience in human resources, with roles in various companies and industries. Dick started their career as a US Army Infantry & Communications personnel in the 82nd Airborne Division from August 1970 to July 1972. Dick then worked as a Division Manager Employee Relations at The Continental Group, Inc. from January 1974 to January 1984. Following that, they joined American Can Company as a Director of Labor Planning for the entirety of 1984. From December 1984 to May 2000, they worked at The Tetley Group, Inc. as a VP of Human Resources, initially as a subsidiary of Allied-Domecq and later as a venture capital/management-owned company in the tea and coffee industry. Their most recent role was as the SVP of Human Resources at ConnectiCare, Inc. & Affiliates since May 2000, which is currently a for-profit subsidiary of NYC-based Emblem Health.
Dick Rogers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor & Employment Relations from Penn State University, attending from 1967 to 1970. Dick then pursued further education at Michigan State University, where they obtained a Master of Labor & Employment Relations degree from 1972 to 1974.
