Rachel Perry

Rachel Perry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel is currently employed as the Head of People & Culture at connective3 since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Invenia Group and CrimsonXT from April 2020 to January 2023. Rachel also worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at CSG: The Global Talent Experts from March 2019 to March 2020. Rachel has experience in senior marketing roles, including Senior Marketing Executive at Search Laboratory and Translation Laboratory from February 2018 to December 2018, and Marketing Executive at Search Laboratory from March 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as an Online Coordinator at Damart from July 2015 to March 2017 and as a Marketing Assistant at Haddow Group from June 2014 to July 2015. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing and Communications Officer at Wardle Academy from January 2013 to June 2014, a Sales Advisor at Urban Outfitters Inc. Before that, they earned a First Class BA (Honours) degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham between 2008 and 2012. Prior to attending university, Rachel attended Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College from 2006 to 2008, and they completed their high school education at Carr Manor High School from 2001 to 2006.
