Kris Klepper

Kris Klepper's work experience includes holding various roles at different companies. Kris began their career at Aon Consulting in 1989 as an Assistant Vice President and later worked at Apex Management Group as a Consultant from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 2011, they served as a Senior Vice President at Aon Hewitt. Since 2011, Kris has been working at Conner Strong & Buckelew, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President, Practice Leader and Executive Partner. Currently, they serve as the Executive Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the Employee Benefits Practice at Conner Strong & Buckelew.

Kris Klepper attended The College of Insurance, which is now known as St. John's University, from 1986 to 1989. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Insurance.
