Nav Randhawa

Nav Randhawa is a seasoned technical manager currently employed at Connex Telecommunications Inc. since December 2021, following a lengthy tenure at Enghouse Interactive from October 2006 to November 2021. At Enghouse, Nav held several roles including Manager of Advanced Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Professional Services Contact Center and IVR development teams across Canada and Chicago, alongside offering technical support and mentorship. Previous positions include Senior Programmer Analyst, with leadership roles in training and project management, and Intermediate Programmer Analyst at PulseVoice, where Nav designed and developed various IVR applications and successfully integrated multiple technologies. Nav Randhawa commenced a career in the Command Center Team at CIBC Mortgage and Life Insurance in early 2006. Nav holds a BSc in Computer Science from Western University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
