Amalia "Lia" Karadimas, RN, MS has over two decades of experience improving clinical workflows in major East Coast healthcare employers. Amalia "Lia"'swork experience includes roles such as Chief Clinical and Experience Officer at Connexall, where they were responsible for modernizing practices and products and leading a team focused on developing an event management and control platform. Amalia "Lia" also worked as a Registered Nurse at FlexStaff Careers, providing COVID-19 results and education to a large number of employees and the public. Additionally, they served as a Regional Director of Clinical Information Systems at Northwell Health, where they facilitated the rollout of Electronic Medical Records and Clinical applications across multiple hospitals. Amalia "Lia" also worked as a Director of Nursing Informatics at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, optimizing the delivery of Nursing Informatics across a multi-hospital system.
