Your Role at ShopYourLikes:

The Creator Community and Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role in the launch of the UK division of our exciting Creator Monetization Platform, ShopYourLikes. As the first person on this new team, this role will manage a combination of creator: support/onboarding/education, account management and some new creator acquisition for the ShopYourLikes community.

Success in this position is measured by creator customer experience, community engagement, retention rate, referrals, and new creator acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media, community management, and influencer marketing, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Brand and Community Management:

  • Brand Presence: Build and manage SYL’s presence on public-facing social channels and private groups and forums.
  • Influencer and Creator Communication: Handle communication via live chat, email, social media, and Zoom calls.
  • Promotional Communications: Develop and distribute communications for retailer promotions to influencers, creators, and account managers.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding materials, training documents, FAQs, etc.
  • Community Advocacy: Understand and advocate for the needs of the SYL community.
  • Issue Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a positive and timely manner.
  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold and promote SYL’s values of trust, honesty, and integrity.

Relationship and Account Management:

  • Personalized Guidance: Understand each creator’s and influencer’s business goals and challenges to provide tailored support.
  • Proactive Engagement: Build strong relationships through consistent communication (email, text, DMs, etc.).
  • Content & Data Analysis: Evaluate content, audience demographics, key retailers, performance patterns, and areas for improvement to develop growth strategies.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to secure long-term content real estate.
  • Onboarding: Provide best-in-class onboarding and education for new accounts.
  • Campaign Management: Assign and manage influencers and creators for paid campaigns and report on their success.

Revenue Growth:

  • Coaching Strategies: Deliver high-quality coaching to increase performance and drive revenue growth through content and retailer diversification and optimisations
  • Performance Monitoring: Track traffic performance and collaborate with analysts, product, and community teams to optimize revenue goals.
  • Report Analysis: Analyze daily reports to prioritize growth opportunities with high-performing and re-engaged influencers and creators.
  • Financial Goals: Meet and exceed quarterly financial and north star metric goals.
