About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Merchant Account Manager to join our Client Success team in managing and growing our merchant accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our strategic clients, understanding their business goals, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and upselling opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
