Dagoberto Quintana

Dagoberto Quintana is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Chairman of Connexus Resource Group since November 2022. Previously held the position of Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors at REI from February 2012 until May 2024. Quintana was the Global Chief Executive Officer of Sitel from August 2009 to March 2017, leading the company to prominence in the customer service sector. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President at Dell from 1999 to 2006, President at Westec from 1997 to 1999, and Site Director and Support Services Director at MCI Worldcom from 1994 to 1997, focusing on sales and service operations. Early career experience at Florida Power and Light spanned a decade, encompassing various roles in commercial, customer service, and engineering.
