Aubrey Willis

Aubrey Willis has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Most recently, Aubrey worked at SameSky Health, starting as a People Operations Coordinator in 2020 and later becoming the Director of People Operations in January 2022. Prior to that, Aubrey served as an Operations Manager at Almanac from March to September 2020, where the focus was on improving efficiency and knowledge sharing. Aubrey's experience also includes positions at Renew Health as a People Operations Manager and People Operations Coordinator. During this time, Aubrey was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Additionally, Aubrey worked as an Insurance Specialist at Eva Macias and Associates and Legacy Full Circle Financial & Insurance Services. Earlier in Aubrey's career, they gained experience as an intern at Missouri CLAIM, where they educated residents on healthcare options, and as an Activity Director at Adams Place Retirement Community, organizing events and activities for residents. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Aubrey pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Gerontology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In 2008 to 2012, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Webster University.

Additionally, Aubrey has acquired various certifications in different fields. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from LinkedIn. In March 2019, they received a certification as an "Adobe Captivate 2019 Specialist" from Adobe Captivate. Aubrey also holds an Insurance Agent certification in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the California Department of Insurance, obtained in August 2018. Furthermore, they have been involved in the field of gerontology, being granted the "Knight Alzheimer's Disease Research Center Memory and Aging Project 'CDR Rater'" certification by the Washington University School of Medicine in May 2015. Aubrey received training in National Medicare in February 2015 through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
