Gary Rosenfield

Gary is excited to be part of the ConsejoSano family and positively impact millions of lives across the country. Gary joined ConsejoSano after more than a decade of leading the Medicaid lines of business at large Managed Care Organizations. At EmblemHealth and Healthfirst New York, he was the accountable leader for nearly 1,000,000 Medicaid lives. Gary drove innovative solutions to increase membership, enhance operational, financial and quality performance while improving health outcomes and member satisfaction among Medicaid members. Earlier in his career, Gary spent nearly 10 years at Kaiser Permanente, where he led national Medicaid strategy. He helped drive unprecedented Medicaid growth across the seven Kaiser Permanente regions. Gary earned his BA in History from UCLA and his MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine. He currently resides in New York City with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
