Isidre Serra

Isidre Serra is an experienced professional specializing in economic promotion and territorial management. Currently serving as Técnico Promoción del Territorio at Consell Comarcal de la Selva since November 2022, Isidre manages the Programa 30 Plus and oversees the local employment pool. Previously, Isidre held the position of Técnico Promoción Econòmica at Ajuntament de Lloret de Mar from January 2017 to December 2020, coordinating occupational programs for the SOC and others. From October 2004 to January 2017, Isidre worked as Técnico Promoción Económica at Ajuntament d'Anglès, focusing on economic promotion, urban development plans, environmental projects, tourism, and culture. Isidre's early career includes research at UdG from July 1998 to July 2003, backed by a grant from the Ministry of Science and Technology. Isidre holds a Doctorate in Environmental Science and Territorial Planning and a degree in Geography, both from Universitat de Girona.
