Chip Borelli

Chip Borelli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chip started their career in the United States Air Force, serving in various roles at the 18th Wing Kadena Air Base from 1992 to 2001. After that, Chip worked as the Director of Talent at Broadbay Networks from 1998 to 2003. Chip then joined CenturyLink as an Executive Technical Recruiter from 2013 to 2018. Chip also had their own consulting firm, Lodo Consulting Group, Inc, where they worked as the Owner and Talent Partner starting from 2004. Most recently, they have been a part of ConsenSys, a blockchain software technology company, initially as a Talent Partner from 2018 and currently serving as the Talent Lead for North America and LATAM since September 2021.
