Paul Costa

Paul Costa, CECP, has a vast and diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Paul has held various leadership positions in multiple companies, demonstrating their expertise in compensation and benefits, total rewards, and executive compensation.

Paul'smost recent role was as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits (interim) at ConsenSys, the leading Ethereum software company. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Netskope, where they led executive compensation and implemented a new job architecture for broad-based compensation.

Before Netskope, Paul was the Director of Total Rewards at Justworks, where they played a crucial role in preparing for an IPO and presented changes to the equity incentive program. Additionally, they conducted market pricing studies to establish competitive hiring rates and promote pay equity.

Paul also served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Teladoc Health, where they modeled and implemented equity reduction strategies and designed a global pay equity study.

In their early career, Paul worked as an independent consultant, providing their expertise to organizations such as Healthfirst and Marsh & McLennan Companies. Paul also held leadership positions at Velocity Technology Solutions, American Sugar Refining, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Instinet Incorporated, and McGraw Hill Financial.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement strategic compensation plans, improve company performance, and ensure pay fairness. Paul'sextensive experience across industries showcases their adaptability and versatility in the field of total rewards.

Paul Costa, CECP has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta. In addition to their education, Paul has obtained the Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) certification from World at Work in 2016.
