Sabeen Ali

Sabeen Ali has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sabeen is currently the Global Head of Developer and Community Experience at ConsenSys. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Principal in Developer Experience and Developer Relations, as well as a Principal Product Manager in Developer Marketing. Sabeen founded and served as the CEO of Code for a Cause 501(c)(3), a nonprofit organization aimed at connecting developers with social and economic issues. Sabeen also founded and served as the CEO of AngelHack, a global hackathon series that grew to become the world's largest developer ecosystem. Sabeen has previously held roles at Cisco, Team Building ROI, City Beach, Peet's Coffee, Yahoo!, and Kaiser Permanente, where they gained experience in change management, training and development, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources employee relations. Overall, Sabeen has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for developer-focused solutions and community engagement.

Sabeen Ali obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco in the years 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2003 and 2005.
