Chad Whalen

Chad Whalen has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Chad started their career at Suffolk Construction in 1996, where they worked as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Chad worked at Alliance Construction as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Chad then joined H.P. Cummings Construction Company in 2006 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2013. Since 2013, Chad has been employed at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. As a Senior Project Manager, they serve as the primary contact for owners and design teams throughout the entire construction process. Chad collaborates with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes through various processes such as scheduling, logistics, subcontractor negotiations, and risk management.
