Leslie Sowles Sphr

Leslie Sowles, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in human resources and employee relations. Leslie is currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at CONSOR Engineers since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Employee Experience at CONSOR Engineers from May 2021 to December 2022. Before joining CONSOR Engineers, Leslie held the position of HR Director/Firm Administrator at Hoffman Stewart & Schmidt P.C. from June 2017 to May 2021. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Human Resources Area Leader at HDR. Leslie started their career at Mercer (Leadership Development) in 2008 where they served as the Global Corporate Services Manager until 2012.

Leslie Sowles, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a BA in English from California State University, Los Angeles. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in September 2020, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2020, and Notary Public from the State of Oregon in May 2008.
