Desalina Guarise

Desalina Guarise, MPA, PHR has a wealth of experience in HR operations, analytics, and workforce management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Org Effectiveness at Constellation and previously held roles at S&C Electric Company. With a background in research and analysis, Desalina has also worked at the National Association of Colleges and Employers and Lake Forest College. Desalina (Alina) holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
