As the Director of Operations at CDI, Zoë’s role spans finance, people operations, IT, and much more. She is passionate about continually improving the way the team functions and believes the right set of tools and processes can be game-changing in terms of reducing operational friction. Zoë’s background is in communication and conflict resolution – after earning her B.A. in Linguistics from Brown University, she began studying psychology, with a particular focus on irrationality, decision-making, and organizational behavior. She is a trained mediator and has worked with nonprofits and courts in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
