Erik Williams

Erik Williams has a diverse work experience in the refractory industry. Erik started their career in 2002 as a Refractory Specialist at INDUSTRIAL GUNITE, INC., where they worked until 2014. Erik then joined Thermal Specialties, Inc. as a Supervisor from May 2014 to April 2017. Since 2016, Erik has been working at Consulting & Field Services, LLC (CFS). Erik began as an API 936 Sr. Refractory Inspector and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager. In their current position, Erik is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the refractory inspection division, maintaining and generating clients, and executing safe and productive turnarounds globally.

Erik Williams obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from Romulus Senior High School from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued further education at MIAT College of Technology from 2001 to 2003, earning an Aviation Maintenance Degree (AMT) with a field of study in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. In addition to their formal education, Erik also obtained a certification in Refractory Personnel (API 936) from the American Petroleum Institute (API) Houston Chapter in April 2017.
